give it like 2 to 3 centuries. if nuclear thermal and electric proplusion becomes viable which is likely by 2040 and andriods and ai are coming we can technically have presence till the jovian and kronian moons by 2090 or 2100 ice Giants may remain out of colonization for this century based on data. so next century when fusion engineering is more matured fast interplanetary travel is enabled then the real show begins. full Dyson swarm power still remains 4 centuries away. even if we harness sun it be like 0.0001% of sun energy this century with mercury.
