@police_intraction: Bodycam footage captured a police response to a reported disturbance outside a Chipotle involving a man accused of panhandling. What began as a routine call for service quickly developed into a trespassing investigation as officers spoke with both the individual and restaurant employees. The clip gained widespread attention because of the conflicting accounts during the encounter. According to widely shared footage, the man told the officer he had a gift card and was only asking for food. Restaurant staff, however, informed the officer that the individual had previously been issued multiple trespass warnings over the past year. After speaking with employees, the officer returned to explain the situation and requested identification while determining whether further enforcement action was appropriate.
