The plastic ribbing just provides a place for the concrete to separate while offering no meaning material strength on its own. I think it is a wonderful thing that you are working on these projects but I would encourage you to remove the infill and replace it with built in pillars for remesh reinforcement to sit on at the correct height or just forego the infill all together. I wish you the best of luck on your next iteration.

This is a great idea but a) it would be cheaper to buy 2x4s and concrete to make this b) concrete has aggregate so the $5 concrete bags wouldn't work in this mold and would leave voids. A user would have to buy the $30 bag without aggregate. I would leave room for aggregate to flow for users to be able to use the $5 bag.
If this is planned for users to print themselves I would add break off support legs on the tapered edge that would be removed after the pour to allow a flat pour without fiddling with cinder blocks or anything else to keep the top level while its curing.

looking for using our fully I would recommend changing the way you design this to make it so that way instead of having infill and I open top layer you make holes and channels on the inside instead of having it made with the generated info

Gyroid infil, I have done this with expanding foam and epoxy to strengthen prints internationally. Got to watch the exothermal heat but concrete should be fine. Cool idea
