My hospital only had the mesh undies with the big bulky pad for after delivery. Once I was home I used the always postpartum underwear and it was so much more comfortable! Def going in my hospital bag for next time.

dont bother bringing anything for pp care. maybe the peri bottle if you have the upsidedown one. I bring my own towel because the hospital towels are small and rough and scratchy. they do the job but the first shower is life changing so ending with a terrible small towel is not it
