What’s your coaching advice on OCD. I pray and belive in every word of Allah, but my brain hates open ends, demands certainty and can’t deal with situations where I don’t know. I have tawakkul but it’s draining because my ocd is a battle between my thoughts and urges and then I am at my breakdown as I can’t help the recurring thoughts. It’s a rollercoaster and I feel mentally ill. I can’t control my brain , the more I resist the more it becomes worse
