It is clear that the current government is Israel is incompatible with long term peace; they are singularly minded in their goal of territorial expansion, and the “demographic problem” (their euphemism, not mine) of non-Jewish people in the areas they seek to control is a threat to their goal-culture. Thus, the people in those territories must be killed or turned into refugees. This government must be ousted before there can be lasting peace. At the same time, the children and non-combative/non-ideological people living in Israel had no more choice in the matter than the children born in Gaza now facing bombing and starvation. Retributive justice cannot come at the expense of innocents, or the cycle simply continues
