Once you know what matters most, the rest of your decisions become much easier. 2. Remove what doesn't fit. Some habits, commitments, and even relationships won't fit the life you're trying to build. You can't make room for something different if nothing is ever allowed to leave. 3. Make time to keep moving. The life you want isn't built in one day. It's built by making time for it again tomorrow, and the day after that, even when life gets busy. 4. Go easy on yourself. You're going to have setbacks. You're going to lose momentum sometimes. Don't mistake a bad day or a bad week for failure. Just keep going. 5. Keep the bigger picture in mind. The next ten years won't be shaped by one big decision.
