@lygaiva: I took my muscles down memory lane today🤣 For 3 weeks I’ve been lifting 145kg as my top set. Even last week I really wanted to do 165kg but couldn’t because 145kg felt very heavy. Today was a good day to remind my body that we like lifting heavy. As soon as I touched 105kg, it flew… that was the cue. 🏋🏼♀️165kg x3 easy 🏋🏼♀️185kg x3 fairly easy 🏋🏼♀️195kg x1 not too bad 🏋🏼♀️200kg x1 (on the 3rd attempt, would have been such a good video had I recorded it🥲) 🏋🏼♀️200kg x1 my colleague Isaac convinced me to do it again (didn’t take long😂) That was my whole workout. I didn’t have anything left in me for anything else, not even bicep curls! I’m absolutely fu%ked, my brain feels like mashed potato😵💫 but I did 200kg again!
