extremely fair after 16 hours of work especially in the hospital the people don't understand these nurses are on their feet 90% of the time it is extremely fair and I'm pretty sure she was already exhausted after 16 hours

I agree with the judge 👨⚖️. Legally the hospital should investigated for violating labor law she already had worked 16 hours. Overtime is optional!

Yes if something happen on her shift then the hospital the lawyers they’re gonna blame her and then they’re gonna sit there and say that they didn’t tell her to work that so they owe her that money and they should be disciplined for overworking their nurses they get paid Little. It’s not like they get paid a lot like doctors do the nurses are the ones that are the backbone of the hospital not really the not the doctors.
