i recon this some what why i also suffer from cronic migraines i can remember my first migraine at 6 and then when i was 16 i got put on the pill and they have significantly better worse ever since ! daily meditation has been helping, feel for you freya xx

I have Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension and Hemiplegic Migraines... been taking 4.5mg of pizotifen a day for around 2 years and that helped but also started taking Candesartan 3 weeks ago and I haven't had a bad head since starting the Candesartan, I genuinely feel like a new woman.

not me being on the microgynon pill😳 for the last 7 years and the headaches I get are truly awful, they dont happen often but when they do they really really knock me, especially the day before im due on! its like clock work every month

it never gets easier does it😔 ive suffered with them since I was 13 and im now 28, same as you ive seen all the specialists, all the scans, tried so many medications and migraine hacks and I never find anything that works🤦🏼♀️its so hard when you have children, whenever i plan things I have this pre panic in me in case I get a migraine. sending love🫶🏻

That’s so interesting, I’ve always suffered with headaches and migraines, at 13 I was put on microgynon which I’ve just looked up is a combo pill!! although I don’t get the vision etc, at 39 I still suffer with headaches/migraines. Botox in my scalp neck and shoulders seem to help a little. X

oh freya, as a migraine sufferer they are horrific! wouldn't wish on my worst enemy, mine are hormonal related as a teenager and young adult I'd get them 3/4 times a week and when 27 after my 2nd daughter they settled to 1 migraine a month but it's in the family and unfortunately my 13yr old is now a sufferer of headache/migraines and the heat triggers ours so much it's awful we've both been struggling it's so debilitating at times. hope yours soon settle down. sending lots of love 🥰
