When I stand up all I see is black and like a sliver (not silver) of my room and my legs feel tingly after i can see again😭

Buddy you should probably get checked for POTS.. Cause I got tested (with a confirm afterwards) and yeah that's exactly like POTS 😅

me cuz i have pots and whenever i tell my parents i have to try and convince them its normal and not something we need to go to the dorctor for because they forgot i was diagnosed with POTS and dont believe me when i tell them 💔💔

I have pots, this sounds like pots! if you stand up for long periods of time (such as being in the shower) does blood pool in your feet? (itll look like your feet are kinda swollen and they'' usually turn red) and do your hands turn red with white spots when you stand up too quickly? or when you're having an episode? :]c

most of the time when I get up my vision goes about 90% black, my eyes start to hurt, I get dizzy, and my temp changes slightly and then goes back to normal. idfk what it is i might just be getting up too fast or staring at a bright screen too often

You can eat more iron rich foods. And you can just buy iron pills in the store or on Amazon.
