Just don’t eat dumb shit, ignore the nasty options on the road, just cause they’re convenient.. I wake up at 1:30 to hit the gym before I clock in at 3:30. High protein and low carbs. Plus drink a lot of water. 🔥💪🏽

You're exactly right! overeating was a big one for me and eating late at night. and sugary soft drinks. That's all I did and the way started falling off. I already have a driver unload job so the movement was easy
