Nutella cookie pie 🍪🤎✨ Ingredients: ¾ cup browned butter (160g) ⅔ cup brown sugar (140g) ¼ cup granulated sugar (50g) 1 egg 1 tbsp heavy cream (15g) 1 tsp vanilla 2 cups all-purpose flour (235g) ½ tsp baking soda (3g) ¼ tsp salt (1.5g) Chocolate chips (as much as you want) Nutella for the middle Extra chocolate chips on top Instructions: Brown the butter and let it cool slightly. In a bowl whisk together the browned butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until glossy. Add the egg, heavy cream, and vanilla and whisk until smooth. Fold in the flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined, then fold in the chocolate chips. Line a round cake pan or pie dish with parchment paper. Press a little over half of the cookie dough into the bottom and slightly up the sides. Spread a thick layer of Nutella in the center, then cover with the remaining cookie dough. Add extra chocolate chips on top. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 25–35 minutes, until the edges are golden and the center is still slightly soft.
