I think oil isn't very healthy. It's better to use as little oil as possible, or even none at all if you can. Most air fryer recipes can also be made in a non-stick pan. So I don't really see a huge advantage of an air fryer. You still have to spray a little oil on the food. Why can't food be cooked in an air fryer without using any oil?
