I’m very new to this and don’t know very much, but I’ve not heard good things about spiro in its effectiveness and side effects, and it doesn’t sound very appealing to me. Anti-androgens seem very limited, but if i’m not mistaken you said there are other options. How do these options compare,typically?

unfortunately, my doctor didn't prescribe me Bical, but I'm on Dutasteride + Estradiol Valerate + Progesterone. I hope this is an okay regimen

I use Triptorelin (as Decapeptyl IM) in the Glute because the landmark is so easy to find when self administered. Only mention it because it isn’t covered in the video here. Not sure if you folks in the US use it for trans care but I’ve found it effective and no unwanted side effects

cpa does an amazing job fpr me at 5mg a day. if you take more than 10 a day your doc is giving you Prostate cancer medication amounts of it, be carefull

My gender specialist placed me on spiro when I started. She mentioned that she prefers not to prescribe Bica to patients over 35? My T dropped to near zero after 6 months and have been mono since then. I see online a load of negative posts about Spiro but I just got good results. The whole bathroom going thing was actually affirming since women do visit more on average.😁 ❤️❤️❤️
