I started beginning to afraid of death at 12. it wasnt until I was 40 that I stopped thinking about it.....the way I used to. I used to stay up hyperventilating. I would be scared to sleep amd couldn't go back to sleep

As an ICU Nurse I've seen this many, many times. I myself used to be sxared to die. After nursing for years I found myself not scared anymore. Its a very calming end. Not afraid anymore. Please quit telling kids they're only sleeping. This scares the shit out of them when its bedtime.
