@tmcgowan28: ✨ POV: You wanted to make cardio a little less boring… and then THIS showed up! 👀💫 Who says getting your body moving has to feel like a chore? 💪✨ I recently picked up this 360° Weighted Wrist Rotating Hoop, and I have to admit…it’s actually a lot of fun! Instead of wrapping around your wrist, this device is a circular ring with a comfortable handle in the center that you grip with your hand. As you rotate your arm in a circular motion, the weighted ball travels around the outer track, giving your arm, shoulder, and coordination a gentle workout. One little detail I thought was really nice is that it comes ready to use! Inside the box you’ll find three AAA batteries along with a teeny tiny little screwdriver to open the battery compartment lid. Once the batteries are installed, the weighted ball lights up with bright, multicolored flashing LED lights as it spins, making your workout feel a little more playful and a lot more motivating. 🌈✨ It also has a small digital display that lets you choose what you’d like to track while you’re using it. You can cycle through rotation count, calories burned, time spent exercising, and other counting modes. Personally, I preferred leaving mine on the rotation count so I could challenge myself to beat my previous total each time I used it! I’m excited to add this into my regular exercise routine and see how I like using it over time. (I do miss using my weighted hula hoop.) I love finding simple ways to keep moving, especially when they make exercise feel a little less like “exercise” and a little more like fun.
