Your forearm consists of the extensors, responsible for wrist extension, the flexors, responsible for wrist flexion, the supinator and pronator, responsible for supination and pronation, and the brachioradialis, responsible for elbow flexion. Here’s an exercise for each part. Behind the back wrist curls for the flexors. Dumbbell hammer curls for the brachioradialis. Dumbbell wrist extensions for the extensors. Wrist rotations for the pronator and supinator.
