3 amazing rooftop bars in Lisbon you have to visit. Number 1 is Topo Martim Moniz. It’s located on the top floor of a shopping centre next to the Martim Moniz square, There's a large indoor space with floor to ceiling glass windows so you can take in the view, and even old school arcade games for you to play. Outside is another large space with an outdoor bar and plenty of space to sit. The views here are incredible, probably my favourite view out of all the bars on this list. Number 2 is JAVA rooftop, probably my favourite rooftop bar in Lisbon. It’s the first rooftop I ever visited on my first trip to the city a few years ago and the one I always come back to. It’s such a beautiful space inside and out, the views are amazing, and the food is delicious. Number 3 is Cafe da Garagem. Although it’s more of a cafe than a rooftop bar, it has amazing views over the city both inside and out. Outside there's a large terrace perfect for sunnier days, but my favourite seats are inside, right in front of the window. The individual windows open up so you get uninterrupted views over the buildings of Lisbon.
