As someone that had a friend in the cremation business, this is incredibly heartening to hear when it comes to pets. For those that don’t know, more crematories throw multiple pets in for a single “run” and then dish out the mixed ashes to an estimated amount of what should go back to each pet owner via the people themselves or the vet. There is normally zero care as it maximizes each “run” and thus the crematorium’s profits.

This place is great! We had our guinea pig cremated here and Philip was very helpful and understanding. He made the transition very smooth during a hard time. Would definitely recommend this place.
