I have been watering cooling computers for over 30 years now. you will lose a little bit to permutation which is evaporation but a data center is not going to lose that much water. maybe a gallon or two a day but you know what happens to that gallon or two. it would rise up into our atmosphere. cool off and fall back down to the Earth called rain
