Mine happened from life events and yeahhh but I still struggle with it but I’m trying to get help from therapy and stuff

I have a spending addiction, whenever I get paid i spend money, if I can buy it I will. I've gotten better at dealing with it over time and can now save money for 2 weeks before impulsively spending all of it.
