I had a absent seizure when I was 8 and walked into my aunts pool on the deep end and snapped out of the seizure and panicked luckily my sister noticed me but none of the adults were paying attention to me so now I am traumatized by the pool and won’t ever go to the deep side without someone helping me

So proud of you! Amazing and important skill to know. Swimming and the water can be so fun but also so dangerous. So important to know for kids incase of emergencies too. I know so many mom friends who can’t swim and we take our kids to the pool with no lifeguard on duty.

As someone who used to be a competitive swimmer and will be going back in high school... I love this bc everyone says swimming is so easy but it's lwky hard in a fun way 💔😭 You got this queen you look better than my first time 💔

Proud of you! I learned how to swim as a kid bc I grew up around a pool so I’m grateful for that and this is not silly trust me! a lot of people don’t realize that many people don’t know how too swim so you sharing this is so important. Keep going you’ll get this diva! 💅🏼🥰
