I believe the trust will need buy that property from you and the bank and it must qualify, for trust to qualify it must be generating income, of course speaking under correction

its bollox. once house is in trust, it has to stay there, if they sell it, they have to take it out of trust, then its cgt tax, with all the extra taxation liebour are dropping, probably best to leave it on trust until tax changes again.. but that could be 20 years or more... and trust fees are not exactly cheap today if your not working or paid low wages...
