nursing school hounded it in our heads that time in the car seat should absolutely be minimized for safety butttt now I actually have a baby... if she's sleeping in her car seat and I KNOW she's safe because I'm watching her, absolutely to👏your👏point👏she's staying in that dang car seat for just a little extra to give momma a sec. you go momma you're doing amazing
