Hey, so you haven’t shown up on my fyp in a while but all the times that you have, you’ve radiated absolute positivity and brought joy to my screen!!! I wanted to question the premise of this video and ask, is the search for God not a search for life, for truth, for self? I cannot possibly imagine how having a zeal for life wouldn’t be useful (or integral) to this search for deeper meaning. Please don’t ever minimize your existence here on Earth! It is through continual expansion that we are able to transcend our self and it is in these moments of transcendence which we encounter God! Do not end your zeal for life, turn it inwards into the self—re-align your ambitions with life’s greater purpose :)

It sucks and it’s not the truth darling. Your journey is beautiful without the ideas humans made up as a front for the mindset of a god. Continue to search within yourself. It answers so much. But with guidance if you can! My therapist helps me land these thoughts in what it’s rooted in and how to work things out for my better self

idk if you are going through something spiritually but if you think god would want you to dull any part of yourself to get closer to him is inherently wrong and quite the opposite when you are yourself and experiencing life as sarah is being closer to god

: Honestly the biggest misconception is God doesn’t love you He doesn’t see you as the anti Christ the beauty of Christ is He’s the one who transforms you not anyone else including you and really when it comes to transformation no one does it better than Christ you’re not being the part that dies is nature of self reliance and individualism everyone is born with mindset of gotta watch out for me and protect me the message is we don’t have be self protect mode bc God will take care of it we have a solid place for our hope and faith so it’s not just about me anymore it’s about others so they may know the love we have encountered and one day know still waters and green pastures God has prepared for you

God accepts us in all stages of our lives even when we don’t know him or literally reject him. The bible says he will NEVER abandon us. He made you uniquely you, you don’t have to change yourself. That is not the Hod we serve. He wants us to just be the best version of ourselves, not some cookie cutter standard.

I’m learning more and more everyday that my God is not a traditional God and you are perfect as you are. Dying to yourself doesn’t have to be dying to what makes you YOU, I think it’s more about submitting to the fact that there’s something bigger than me and that maybe there’s someone who knows me even more than I know myself. You’re doing a great job ❤️
