Try a hair mask instead of conditioner, once a week. After u shampoo it apply the hair mask then wash it out after 2-5 mins. The way ur hair will be so soft and shinyyyy !!!

Please use a conditioner on the bottom half of your hair. And a light weight hair oil might help like the verb ghost oil.
