first of all the ball didn't hit the wire in the lead up to England's goal, as the contact sensor didn't detect it, second of all it was a clear foul before the ball was in play on their disallowed goal. also Harry kane was fouled in the lead up to Norway's 1st goal and it was still allowed. third of all many decisions in that game were in Norway's favour such as when djed Spence was taken down in the box which was an obvious penalty that wasn't given. it's not rigged just because you lost.
