Put it on the counter in your room by the door and tell people who come in to help grab something. It does a lot further that way since the full floor of nurses is a lot.

I went a bit overboard with mine 🤣 i had 4 baskets. 2 for day shift and 2 for night shift. I made beaded keychains for them. there were little bags with koozies, hair clips, chap stick and holder, lotion, hand sanitizer and a pen. and each shift had snack and drink baskets. I took it to the nurses station for each shift.

Labor nurse here and these are of course not a necessity but boy are they SO appreciated! We are always beyond grateful for these type of baskets. As a labor and delivery nurse, this is one of the best baskets I’ve seen! Chapstick is always one of the best items too! But I second putting it on your counter in your room and tell everyone who takes care of you to grab something out of the basket. I took care of a patient once was in her room all day, delivered her baby and didn’t get a single thing out of the basket because it was put in the break room and all the other nurses wiped it out before I got a chance to get anything. But thank you for thinking of the nurses, we are always so grateful for any little thing!! 🥰

Times have changed so much! My contractions were 2-3 minutes apart when leaving the house to head to the hospital. 40 minute drive. No way I was going to remember to grab all of this on the way out the door.

I've been in the hospital since may 27th, I have alot of medical issues so being here until delivery is very important, I love watching your videos, I was set to do my c/s August 5th but because of having Pre E on top of coding last time I had a baby, they are making me deliver at 33 and 6 which will be August 5th. there's a huge plan in place for me, I'm being put to sleep and then going straight to ICU after the surgery, I pray you have a safe and easy delivery. I really like you guys and your content(: ❤️🩷🩵
