She sounds like my uncle. He was upset the will went three ways between him, my brother and myself. He believed he should of gotten half and my brother and I should of shared the half my mother who passed 20 plus years before would of inhabitanted. He sued for money and tried to forced me to sell my house my grandfather cosigned for me to get. He was also super upset he wasn't the executor of the estate. So he sued to stick it to us even though it meant he lost money

My uncle did this with my great-grandparents wills, he took them at some point in time, and reconfigured things after grandma died back in 2016 so he got the lion's share, the youngest go the second largest portion and the other four sibs got 10k each and the grand kids and greatgrand kids, who were supposed to get 10k to 5k each got nothing. He does not need the money, the man has sold several businesses for millions, he just wanted it.
