Nurse here! This sounds like pleurisy, especially if it’s radiating in your back. I would recommend going as soon as you can so it doesn’t progress to infection

Could it be a kidney stone? I mean, I have never had pneumonia either so I don’t know about that but I’ve had a kidney infection and those suck.

Definitely go to the doctor, but if you've been coughing a lot or having a lot of coughing fits, you very well could have sprained a rib coughing

I would go tonight. I had pneumonia last year and it got pretty scary within a day or two so if that is what it is you want to get checked.
