This is a shelf cloud cause by the outflow boundary of the storm which forces cold air to the ground and then as the cold air rises it condenses into these cloud formations ⛈️👊🏼 This was not even associated with a severe storm; check out my storm chasing videos and you’ll see some real storms lol🌪️
