This happened to me one time while eating at a restaurant the waiter was literally drenched in sweat. I know it was getting everywhere. Mind you we were inside and none of the other waiters were sweating like that. I was immediately turned off. Feel bad for this guy though they didn’t have to fire him. But he had to know that it wasn’t sanitary to work like that.

I believe it could happen (him sweating profusely) however termination is a terrible resolve it should have been a problem solving situation as management what can we do to prevent this and as an employee could he have done something different. not termination but that's just me.
