Hack Squat (1/10): Can be very rough on the knees and isn’t ideal for hypertrophy. 2. Leg Press (4/10): Often, most of the load goes straight to your glutes. 3. Quad Extensions (6.5/10): Many of us have done these! They’re great for getting a crazy quad pump. BONUS TIP: If your quad numbers aren’t going up, your legs probably aren’t either.
