No kneading is required. Cover the bowl with a cloth or plastic wrap and let it rest for 1 hour or until it doubles in size. After rising, stir the dough gently just to release the excess air. Transfer the dough into a greased or parchment paper-lined baking pan. Cover and let it rest for another 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200°C (approx. 400°F) for 10 minutes.
