the $400, or more likely R$2000 is because you can sue someone when wronged, but it isn't there to make a victim rich. Part of the Brazilian legal framework is to ensure people do not unjustly enrich themselves, but do receive justifiable compensation. Also your own financial situation is considered — again being a barrier to preventing people enriching themselves with frivolous lawsuits

Listen,i have a 15+ years old steam account. I dunno how many times i had to switch to newer gaming pc's but lemme tell you that not 1 game has been lost and yes, its all digital. ♥️Steam.
