I applied 4 days of annual leave this month and my manager never asked where i was going. Instead she just kept saying “take care" and "enjoy your holiday”. Blessed

well you dont have to tell them why you are going for a leave. Its your privacy. If they pry and treathen not to approve it coz you dont tell them the reason its violation against your privacy and confidentiality.

Xdenye, bos aku klau boleh sampai dalam kain pon dia nak tahu, dh mintak cuti 2 hari, ditanya nak pergi mana, cakap ade urusan, pastu tnye lagi urusan ape, ckpla ade hal keluarga sikit, ditanya lagi keluarga ade mslh ape.. hmmm penat aku. Takkan semua bende nk bagitahu? Agaknye klau xde aku lingkup kot company dia tu sbbtu susah sngt nak bagi😭

Yea, this is one of the reasons why i am staying here, also even i take sick leave my manager won't asking me why, how come. But keep it simple saying "aww im sorry to hear that, get well soon and rest well. I will take a note on this". Such a good manager, i really respect them

My boss always says, “Please don’t apply for Annual Leave or Unpaid Leave. Just WFH whenever it’s convenient for you.” 🥹 He feels bad deducting my salary because I’m always willing to get my work done, even when I’m on holiday. I genuinely love my job and always try my best to fulfil the company’s needs. I’m so lucky to have such an understanding and considerate employer. So grateful. 🥹🤍

hahahah d ko alam bat ako tumagal sa ttabaho kong nasa ayala 380 8 hrs, fix 12 hrs evereyday, 800 php. tapos kapag trangkaso ka, papagalitan ka, need mo parin pumasok. inuman lang daw ng bioflu. tapos nung nabuntis ako, pinapirma agad ako ng waver na "kung ano mangyari sainyo ng baby mo sa workplace wala kaming pananagutan" pero nung 8 months na tyan ko nagstart na labor ko, gawa na siguro ng pagod at stress sa toxic na trabaho. panay tawag at pm sakin "kaya mo ba mag half day" "hindi ka dapat umabsent ng walang paalam" like, nagtxt na ako hindi ako makakapasok dahil kumukirot na tyan ko tapos reply sakin "ayan simasabi namin, sagabal sa trabaho yang pagbubuntis mo" 😂 grabing toxic buti nalang nagsara na sila nung pandemic
