This doesn’t necessarily mean they haven’t cleaned their toilet. We have hard water where we live now and I constantly clean my toilets but have this nasty mineral ring…. I’m gonna try this.

Toilet bowl cleaner is a mild acid and is gel like to cling to walls. Let sit, quick brush and flush. Why over complicate things?

The Master :
Muriatic acid for about five minutes. Clean with a toilet brush and flush. Looks brand new. Muriatic acid can be found at Home Depot, Lowe's, or True Value Hardware.

After all the years pouring chemicals in to clean the toilet it takes the enamel off and then on the end of the day you have to repaint it or replace it

I use Drywall Sanding Screens ! ladys I promise your gonna LUV IT! Just cut yourself a piece, use any cleaner, rub stain a bit and watch it vanish!

Sooo my toilet is from like the 50s maybe 60s... idk it's old, it's cleaned 3x a week. Sorry, cleaning frequently doesn't make your water softer....
