@joexfitness: ⇩ Full Recipe 🍚 ⇩ Macros per serving: Protein: 40g Carbs: 69g Fat: 21g Calories: 651 Ingredients per serving (makes 2 servings): [Spicy Bulgogi] - 8 oz thinly sliced ribeye raw (also labeled as bulgogi meat at your local Korean market) - 2 tbsp gochugaru - 2 tbsp gochujang - 1/4 large yellow onion - 1.25 tbsp minced garlic - 1 tbsp soy sauce - 1/2 tbsp honey - 1/2 tbsp sesame oil - 1 tsp sesame seeds - 1/2 tsp black pepper [Rice Cooker] - 2/3 cups jasmine rice, uncooked/raw - 1/4 cup beef bone broth - 1.25 cup edamame - 1/2 large yellow onion [Topping] - 1 bunch green leaf lettuce - 1 medium green onion How to make it yourself: 1. Thinly slice your onions and dice your green onions into small pieces. 2. In a bowl, add your sliced meat, gochugaru, gochujang, sliced yellow onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, black pepper, and sesame seeds to make your spicy bulgogi. 3. Wash your rice. 4. In your rice cooker, add your washed rice, beef bone broth, edamame, and spicy bulgogi and cook for 20 minutes. 5.
