The ER isn’t for ruling out everything, the ER is only to determine if there is a life threatening condition or not. So you are fine! Go follow up with your OWN specialist!

You are discharged to see your primary. The ER will send a note to your primary you have been seen.

At the ER they manage emergencies. They admit you if they find something. If you are stable then you are discharged. Simple.
