Even Stop-and-ID states must have reasonable suspicion of a driving infraction or reasonable suspicion of a crime in order to demand identification

This is what happens when you give these cops qualified immunity they think they can do whatever they want because I still have not found anywhere where it says when somebody makes a phone call about you. You lose all your rights but for some reason these cops believe that that's what happens.

The crime is trying to work.Apparently, it's illegal to work. cops need to get better training and better investigation.Skills and people need to mind their own business. And not call 911, because someone's doing the job.

It’s like the simplest part of law and it’s been going viral for 10 years and cops still don’t get it. I bet over 5,000,000 lawsuits have been won in the last 10 years and they still push this bullshit because of egos

accepting the fact that it is legal for cops to lie, However, the Court maintains limits on this deception. Lying to suspects is not permitted if it: [1, 2, 3, 4]
