@_mirfandoms: The connection between Aemon and Aegon is greatly underestimated. They were so close to each other. They always trusted each other. Aemon gave up the crown and went to the Wall only to have his younger brother rule peacefully. Aegon gave his brother all the honors he could and never forgot. I'm still sad that Aemon was left alone, that he received letter after letter saying that he was losing family members. And he couldn't fix anything. I don't want to wish that on anyone. He had Brynden, but he also had to disappear at 252 a.c. And in the end he never came back, even if his reasons for leaving were too important. But Aemon was completely alone. They're both.
