If this keeps happening, maybe it’s worth figuring out what’s causing the issue so it doesn’t happen again. Also, the way you handled the insurance situation wasn’t accurate and came across as unnecessarily rude. I’m not trying to pile on, but dismissing people while being wrong about the facts isn’t a good look.
