Free bleeding is completely okay and shouldn't be ridiculed, but she has to atleast use some sort of period underwear or something because just like this it can become a hygiene problem. I think using period underwear would be better in any case because so many period products have been proven to contain harmful substances inside which can cause health issues in the future.

This is actually nasty… blood is very unsanitary and hard to get out of fabric. Any time I bleed on something I either bleach it or throw it away. Especially if it’s clothes or towels or anything used on a body. Bleach or trash.
