I use Analog Sprint ON, but my DualSense Edge R2 input range is set to 0–1 with the shortest trigger stop. That means R2 reaches full sprint almost immediately, making sprint bursts feel very fast and responsive.
Technically, Analog Sprint is still ON, but because the analog range is compressed to only 1%, it behaves much closer to Analog Sprint OFF than a normal analog trigger.
