consistent fresh, made at home meals + 15k steps per day + intermittent fasting + minimum strength training. 2 more variables you didn't share are 1) how you looked when you started this, 2) from-to body fat %. Makes sense and it's plain simple but definitely leaves out most people's life style/budget. Thanks for sharing.
