Crispy Cinnamon Sugar Chocolate Wontons: - 20 @nasoya wonton wraps - 100g 70% cocoa Lindt chocolate bar - water for sealing - canola oil for frying - 3/4 cup granulated sugar (163g) - 1 tbsp ground cinnamon (7g) - Heat canola oil in a skillet over medium heat until it reaches 380F - 390F - In a mixing bowl, combine the ground cinnamon and granulated sugar for the cinnamon sugar mix. Set that aside. - Fill the wonton wraps with ~1tsp of chopped chocolate (I prefer the Lindt 70% dark chocolate bars because they melt so well and taste amazing) - Gently brush water on the outer edge of each wonton using your finger. Tightly close the wontons to ensure the chocolate doesn’t spill out as they fry. - Carefully place 7-8 wontons in the hot oil and fry them until they’re golden brown. - When they’re done, immediately toss them in the cinnamon sugar mix - Repeat the above steps until all of the wontons are fried - Serve warm & enjoy! #snack #superbowlsnacks #cinnamonsugar #dessert
