I'm genuinely saying this from the bottom of my heart. You just apply a thin layer with your fingers and rub it in. Then wash it off in the morning, and do skin care. Like whys everyone plastering it on? I've been doing this since I was 13. The toothbrush brushes that are hard can damage the capillaries in the skin, and do more damage than good! 🤍
