For the longest time, I thought I was doing fine on my own, dahil sanay akong mag-isa, lahat sinosolo ko at hindi ako mahilig humingi ng tulong sa iba. ‎ ‎But then you came, and somehow everything changed. ‎ ‎Hindi naman biglaan. It wasn’t like the world suddenly stopped or everything became perfect overnight. It was subtle—like a slow shift I didn’t notice at first. But little by little, the noise in my head started to fade. The weight I used to carry so heavily felt easier to bear. And for the first time in a long time, I found myself breathing a little easier. ‎ ‎Ikaw na nga talaga siguro ang human ‎medecine ko kung totoo man na ‎mayro’n nito, kumakalma kasi ako ‎pagdating sa’yo. Nagiging maayos ang ‎komplikado. ’Yong tipong ‎kahit sa gitna ng gulo at ingay ng mundo, ‎everything slows down whenever I talk ‎to you, like time itself chooses to be gentle ‎whenever I'm with you. ‎ ‎With you, I feel safe to just breathe. To just exist. To just be me without pretending ‎everything is perfect. Kahit wala kang sinasabi, just knowing you’re here with me, kahit simpleng presensya mo lang, ramdam ko na ang katahimikan a hinahanap-hanap ko － sa piling mo ng kanlungan na kailangan ko. ‎ ‎In a world so loud and restless, ikaw ang naging katahimikan ko. ‎ ‎You bring a kind of peace I didn’t know I was missing. And maybe that’s the strangest part of all. Kasi hindi ko naman hinahanap ‘yon before.
