@fiorinos_coffee: Gaggia Classic Pro - ⚙️ pump mod Pt. 3 Finally was time to re-build the gaggia and test the pump while making an espresso shot 🙌 So I rebuild the machine, of course this time I did have only one inlet and one outlet, compared to the ulka pump that instead had 3 ( due to the opv ). Connected the transformer, therefore pwm and the pump, and perform some tests. Initially with blind basket and then with pulling a shot itself.. I wasn’t convinced on how the pump was behaving, and I had the confirmation when I tried to steam milk. There was no pressure! As I’m just a coffee enthusiast and not a coffee machine specialist I didn’t know this pump behaves differently then a vibration pump due to how differently they are build and therefore require some extra fittings to make it work as it should in a coffee machine like the gaggia….
